- Ingredients: Valerian root extract (valerian extract, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide); bulking agent: mannitol (may have a laxative effect if consumed in excess!); anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids. Capsule shell: gelatine; colouring agent in the capsule shell: titanium dioxide.
