Gall Pharma Valerian 120 mg capsules are a food supplement containing high-quality valerian extract, designed to improve general well-being.
Valerian is a herbaceous plant belonging to the Valeriana genus. As a traditional home remedy, it has long been used for its balancing and soothing properties. The advantage of herbal extracts is that they do not lead to dependence and do not affect a person’s natural sleep pattern. High-quality dry extracts are used in our Valerian GPH capsules. The valerian root dry extract used is produced by means of an aqueous-alcoholic extraction process.

Directions for use
Adults: Take 1 capsule 1–3 times daily with liquid.
Ingredients
- Ingredients: Valerian root extract (valerian extract, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide); bulking agent: mannitol (may have a laxative effect if consumed in excess!); anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids. Capsule shell: gelatine; colouring agent in the capsule shell: titanium dioxide.
