Topinambur Plus drops contain the alcoholic extract from the Jerusalem artichoke tuber and substances that influence fat metabolism: L-carnitine, choline chloride and inositol. What is Jerusalem artichoke?

• Jerusalem artichoke is a tuberous fruit of the Helianthus tuberosus plant, a sunflower plant. The main ingredient of the underground fruit is the carbohydrate inulin. Inulin is a liquid dietary fibre that has a hunger-reducing effect in the body due to its swelling properties. The extract of Jerusalem artichoke also contains vitamins, minerals and trace elements.
