Tavonin® Inner Balance Capsules is a dietary supplement to improve mental fitness. The extract from roseroot root slows down challenging, stressful situations and at the same time balances the mental and physical symptoms of stress and excessive demands. Rose root also contains valuable antioxidants. The combination product is usefully supplemented with numerous B vitamins, vitamin C, zinc, selenium, inositol and 5-HTP. • Adults: Take 2 x 1 capsule daily with liquid

• Composition per daily dose (2 capsules) %NRV*: 400 mg PanMol®-B-Complex (corresponding to 0.22 mg vitamin B1, 0.28 mg vitamin B2, 3.20 mg vitamin B3, 1.20 mg vitamin B5, 0.28 mg vitamin B6, 40µg folic acid, 10 µg biotin and 0.50 µg vitamin B12 (each 20 % NRV*), 200 mg L-glutamine, 100 mg vitamin C (125 % NRV*), 100 mg rose root extract, 40 mg 5-HTP, 40 mg inositol, 6 mg zinc (60 % NRV*), 200 µg folic acid (100 % NRV*) and 20 µg selenium (36 % NRV*). *NRV = per cent of the recommended daily intake.
