Gall Pharma Tavonin® Inner Balance Capsules are a food supplement with a carefully formulated blend of numerous B vitamins, vitamin C, zinc, selenium, inositol and 5-HTP.

Tavonin® Inner Balance Capsules are a dietary supplement designed to improve mental well-being. The extract from Rhodiola rosea root helps to alleviate the effects of challenging, stressful situations whilst balancing the mental and physical symptoms of stress and overload. Rhodiola also contains valuable antioxidants. This combination product is effectively supplemented with numerous B vitamins, vitamin C, zinc, selenium, inositol and 5-HTP. The latter plays a key role in the production of the ‘happiness hormone’ serotonin. An increase in serotonin levels has a positive effect on our mood and helps to reduce negative stress.

Directions for use

• Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily with liquid.
• Notes: Do not use during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding. The concurrent use of antidepressants requires a careful assessment of the benefits and risks.

Ingredients

• Ingredients: PanMol® B-complex, L-glutamine; ascorbic acid, rose root extract, Griffonia seed extract; myo-inositol, zinc bisglycinate (zinc bisglycinate, citric acid, silicon dioxide), selenium glycinate complex (selenium glycinate complex, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose), folic acid. Capsule shell: cellulose.
• Composition per daily dose (2 capsules) %NRV*: 400 mg PanMol® B-complex (equivalent to 0.22 mg vitamin B1, 0.28 mg vitamin B2, 3.20 mg vitamin B3, 1.20 mg vitamin B5, 0.28 mg vitamin B6, 40 µg folic acid, 10 µg biotin and 0.50 µg vitamin B12 (20% NRV* each), 200 mg L-glutamine, 100 mg vitamin C (125% NRV*), 100 mg rose root extract, 40 mg 5-HTP, 40 mg inositol, 6 mg zinc (60% NRV*), 200 µg folic acid (100% NRV*) and 20 µg selenium (36% NRV*). *NRV = Percentage of the recommended daily intake.
