Gall Pharma Rhodiola 400 mg capsules are a dietary supplement containing the valuable extract from the root of the anti-stress plant Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea) and vitamin B1.

Rhodiola capsules contain the valuable extract from the root of the anti-stress plant Rhodiola rosea. This plant belongs to the crassulaceae family and is native to the Arctic regions and mountainous areas of North America, Europe and Asia. Not only is the plant itself considered extremely hardy; it also manages to pass on this resilience to us humans. Even the Vikings used Rhodiola to aid recovery. But Rhodiola is also used in Scandinavia, Russia, China and Tibet to promote general physical and mental vitality. This root helps us to cope more easily with challenging and stressful situations in life. It has a positive effect on memory and concentration. It is no coincidence, therefore, that Rhodiola is also known as the ‘golden root’ in Siberia. The extract of this plant contains the compounds rosavin, salidroside and tyrosol, which act as valuable antioxidants. Rhodiola extracts have also been shown to extend the lifespan of fruit flies by up to 24 per cent. Rhodiola capsules are combined with vitamin B1 (thiamine).
