Probiotics inhibit the overgrowth of harmful gut bacteria and strengthen the gut’s barrier function. The microbiome is becoming more diverse. Probiotic capsules contain 6 different bacterial strains, with at least 7 billion bacteria per capsule, thereby making the gut flora more diverse and resilient.
