Mumijo, also known as shilajit, is a natural, resin-like rock excretion that forms over long periods of time in rocky high-mountain regions such as the Himalayas, the Altai or the Caucasus. It is produced by the microbial breakdown of plant and organic material in rock crevices and caves and is traditionally used in Ayurvedic and Central Asian folk medicine as a tonic or ‘Rasayana’. Mumijo 250 mg GPH capsules contain Mumijo extract in a purified form. This contains humus-like components such as fulvic and humic acids, as well as numerous minerals, trace elements and various secondary plant compounds such as dibenzopyrones. After extraction, the raw material is processed, purified and quality-controlled. Mumijo 250 mg GPH capsules contain 250 mg of Mumijo extract in standardised form, comprising 50% fulvic acid and 12% humic acid.

Directions for use
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily with liquid before a meal.
Ingredients
- Ingredients: Shilajit extract standardised to 50% fluvonic acid and 12% humic acid; papaya fruit powder; cellulose*; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose. *Capsule shell.
- Composition per daily dose (2 capsules): 50 mg shilajit, of which 125 mg is fluvonic acid and 30 mg is humic acid, plus 100 mg papaya fruit powder.
