Marshmallow syrup, also known colloquially as "coughwort" or "mucilage root", has been known since ancient times for its mucilage. These mucilage substances are contained in the flowers, leaves and roots and are what make the plant so valuable. The beautiful flowering plant is not only to be seen in our gardens, but is also very popular in our kitchens as a well-known household remedy

- Adults: Take 1 tablespoon 3 - 4 times daily.
- Children (from 6 years): take 1 - 3 x 1 tsp daily.
