Magnesium is an electrolyte that is essential for the human body. It helps to optimise the interaction of nerves and muscles, is involved in the regulation of blood sugar and maintains the electrolyte balance in the body. A magnesium deficiency can manifest itself in muscle cramps (especially calf cramps), gastrointestinal complaints, tiredness, headaches, nervousness and brittle fingernails. A balanced diet is important to ensure that the daily magnesium requirement is met. In certain life situations, there is an increased need for magnesium, which can be met by supplementing with Magnesium Chelate 75 mg GPH capsules. This formulation contains magnesium in the form of magnesium chelate. This allows it to enter the intestine undamaged and be absorbed into the cells

Adults: take 1 capsule up to 5 times daily with liquid

  • Ingredients: Magnesium bisglycinate buffered (magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium oxide, citric acid, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide); bulking agent: mannitol (may have a laxative effect if consumed in excess!), capsule shell: gelatine; colouring agent in the capsule shell: titanium dioxide.
