Gall Pharma Lentaya® capsules are a dietary supplement for natural support against stress and fatigue. The high-dose rose root extract, combined with vitamin B1 and magnesium.

Lentaya® capsules contain the valuable extract from the root of the anti-stress plant rose root (Rhodiola Rosea). This plant is a member of the Rhodiola family and is native to the Arctic and mountainous regions of North America, Europe and Asia. Not only is the plant itself considered to be extremely resilient; it also manages to transfer this resilience to us humans. Even the Vikings used roseroot for regeneration. Rose root is also used in Scandinavia, Russia, China and Tibet for general physical and mental strengthening. This root makes it easier to cope with challenging and stressful life situations and has a positive effect on memory and concentration.

It is therefore no coincidence that roseroot is also known as the "golden root" in Siberia. The extract of this plant contains the valuable ingredients rosavin, salidroside and tyrosol. According to a scientific study, roseroot extracts were also able to extend the lifespan of fruit flies by up to 24 %. Lentaya® capsules are combined with vitamin B1 (thiamine) and magnesium. Adults and adolescents aged 15 and over: take 1 x 1 capsule daily with plenty of liquid in the first half of the day

Ingredients

• Ingredients: Rose root extract; bulking agent: mannitol; magnesium carbonate, magnesium oxide, thiamine HCl; capsule shell: gelatine; colouring in the capsule shell: titanium dioxide.
• Composition per daily dose (1 capsule) %NRV*: 200 mg rose root extract with at least 3 % rosavin content, 60 mg magnesium (16 % NRV*) and 1.4 mg vitamin B1 (127 % NRV*) *NRV = per cent of the recommended daily intake.
