Kombucha Trunk 1 is a drink produced by fermenting tea using the kombucha fungus. This drink was already known in China 2,000 years ago. Records of the beneficial effects of this drink can also be found in many other cultures (the Assyrians, Greeks and Romans). To produce Kombucha Trunk, an infusion of rosehip and hibiscus flowers is made with sugar. After a few days, the addition of the kombucha fungus results in the familiar Kombucha Trunk.
