How to use
- Basic recipe: 1 litre of water, 1 teaspoon (5-10g) of tea, 100-123 g of sugar, 250 ml of mushroom liquid (=liquid in the jar of the purchased mushroom), gauze, approx. 2 litre jar.
- The water is heated with the tea and sugar until boiling, removed from the hob when the first bubbles form and then strained. Pour this liquid, which has cooled down to hand warmth, into a well-cleaned glass with a capacity of approx. 2 litres, add the mushroom liquid and carefully place the Kombucha tea mushroom on top. Cover the jar with a layer of gauze (to protect against dust and insects), secure the gauze with a rubber band and then place in a quiet, warm and bright place.
