Gall Pharma Iron Chelate 14 mg capsules with vitamin C support your iron levels naturally. They contain a combination of highly bioavailable iron bisglycinate and natural vitamin C from the acerola cherry.
Iron is one of the essential trace elements. It is found primarily in meat, fish, poultry, cereals and dairy products. This trace element plays a vital role in human metabolism as it is involved in a wide range of reactions. For example, it is involved in the vital transport of oxygen within the body. An iron deficiency can lead to anaemia, tiredness, fatigue and reduced concentration. Iron 14 mg + Vitamin C GPH capsules contain the combination Ferrochel®, an iron bisglycinate from Albion, and natural vitamin C from the acerola cherry. The vitamin C increases the bioavailability of iron and thus helps to counteract a possible iron deficiency.
