These two inositol compounds are present in a ratio of about 40:1, which has proven to be particularly advantageous in practical applications. Pyridoxal-5-phosphate (activated form of vitamin B6) and Quatrefolic® (activated folic acid) have valuable properties. Inositol FEM is considered promising by experts and is of general interest.
