Adults: Take 1 capsule 1–3 times daily with liquid.

- Ingredients: hop flower extract; bulking agent: mannitol (may have a laxative effect if consumed in excess!), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, capsule shell: gelatine; colouring agent in the capsule shell: titanium dioxide.
