Griffonia simplicifolia, the African black bean, contains 5-hydroxytryptophan, also known as 5-HTP, in its seeds. 5-HTP plays a key role in the production of the "happiness hormone" serotonin, which is formed in the human body from L-tryptophan, an essential amino acid. The 5-HTP contained in the Griffonia 50 mg GPH capsules is Peak X free and meets the highest quality requirements.

- Adults: Take 2 - 3 x 1 capsule daily with liquid.
- Advice: Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The simultaneous administration of antidepressants is subject to a strict risk-benefit assessment. Caution diabetics - contains sugar!
Ingredients
- Ingredients: bulking agent: sugar, mannitol (may have a laxative effect if consumed in excess!); magnesium oxide, Griffonia seed extract; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids. Capsule shell: gelatine; colouring agent in the capsule shell: titanium dioxide.
