Ginkgo belongs to the ginkgo family (Ginkgoaceae) and is native to Asia. Extracts are obtained from the leaves, which have a positive influence on our body in various ways. The flavonoids contained in the extract are active substances. The leaves also contain quercetin, ginkgolides and bilobalides. A high-quality dry ginkgo leaf extract is used for our ginkgo GPH capsules.

- Adults: Take 1 x 1 capsule daily with liquid.
- Advice: Not suitable for young children, pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers. An interaction with drugs that inhibit blood clotting cannot be ruled out. After taking ginkgo, slight gastrointestinal complaints or allergic reactions may occur very rarely.
