D-Mannose 500 mg capsules contain pure vegetable D-mannose from maize. Mannose is a natural monosugar that is produced by the human organism to a small extent, but is hardly utilised and therefore passes into the bladder. Intestinal bacteria are often the cause of an imbalance in the bladder mucosal environment. These bacteria bind more strongly to D-mannose than to the inner wall of the bladder. Flushing out the germs is made easier with the help of D-mannose. Frequent urination helps to flush out these pathogens

Adults: take 4 capsules with liquid in the evening (before going to bed). take 1 hour before eating

- Ingredients: D-mannose; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; capsule shell: gelatine; colouring agent in the capsule shell: titanium dioxide.
