Gall Pharma D-Mannose 500 mg capsules are a food supplement containing the plant-based monosaccharide D-mannose. D-mannose can be used for the prevention and supportive treatment of cystitis.
D-Mannose 500 mg capsules contain purely plant-based D-mannose derived from maize. Mannose is a natural monosaccharide which, although produced in small quantities by the human body, is scarcely utilised and therefore passes into the bladder. Intestinal bacteria are often the cause of an imbalance in the environment of the bladder lining. These bacteria bind more strongly to D-mannose than to the inner wall of the bladder. D-mannose helps to flush out these germs. Frequent urination aids in flushing out these pathogenic organisms.

Directions for use
Adults: Take 4 capsules with liquid in the evening (before going to bed). Allow 1 hour between taking the capsules and eating.

- Ingredients: D-mannose; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids. Capsule shell: gelatine; colouring agent in the capsule shell: titanium dioxide.
