Gall Pharma Bilberry Extract + Powder Capsules are a food supplement with 200 mg bilberry extract and 200 mg bilberry powder per capsule. To protect against oxidative stress, eye fatigue and contribute to normal eye function.
Bilberries contain tannins, fruit acids, invert sugar and pectins in addition to their typical blue colouring. The blue colouring (polyphenols/anthocyanins) has a positive effect on improving visual performance, especially at dusk. The effect is based on supporting faster adaptation of the eye. Vision is restored more quickly and eye fatigue is reduced. The ingredients of bilberry also promote blood circulation in the eye by having a stabilising effect on the fine blood vessels, while polyphenols have an antioxidant effect, which counteracts harmful environmental influences. This leads to general well-being and also has health-promoting effects.
- Bilberries, also known as blueberries, grow everywhere. Everyone knows them. The fruit contains tannins and a blue colouring agent typical of blueberries (anthocyanins). The colouring agent has a protective effect on the eye. The dried fruit is also used to help treat diarrhoea in children and adults

Directions
- Adults: Take 3 x 1 capsule daily with liquid.
- Note: After taking the blueberry PE capsules, the blueberry colouring may cause discolouration of the stools.
