Gall Pharma Barley Grass 250 mg Capsules are a food supplement containing 250 mg of a 10:1 barley grass extract from the young grass of Hordeum distichon per capsule.
Barley belongs to the sweet grass family (Poaceae) and is one of the oldest cultivated plants known to man. It is harvested when the nutrient density is at its highest, as young barley grass. It provides chlorophyll and antioxidants and is rich in proteins, vitamins and minerals. Of particular interest is chlorophyll, which is similar in structure to haemoglobin, the red blood pigment, and is very well and quickly absorbed by the body. Chlorophyll has also been shown in various studies to have anti-inflammatory, antibiotic and antioxidant properties. Barley grass 250 mg GPH capsules offer a wealth of vital substances: they contain a lot of protein with the essential amino acids, few carbohydrates and a large amount of vitamins, minerals and trace elements.
