Gall Pharma Acetylcarnitine 250 mg capsules are a food supplement containing acetyl-L-carnitine, a derivative of the amino acid L-carnitine.
Unlike L-carnitine, acetylcarnitine has an additional acetyl group, which enables it to cross the blood-brain barrier. The blood-brain barrier is a natural barrier that separates the bloodstream from the central nervous system. Acetylcarnitine occurs naturally in human and animal tissues. Concentrations are particularly high in the heart and muscles, and in foodstuffs – especially in beef and pork. Acetylcarnitine 250 mg GPH capsules have high bioavailability and can therefore be rapidly made available to the brain as a nutrient.

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with liquid.
Ingredients
- Ingredients: Acetyl-L-carnitine HCl; bulking agent: mannitol (may have a laxative effect if consumed in excess!). Capsule shell: gelatine; colouring agents in the capsule shell: titanium dioxide, iron oxide, Ponceau 4R, quinoline yellow, Patent Blue V (may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children!).
