The plant-based iron in the curry leaf and pure iron bisglycinate contribute to normal blood formation and an improved oxygen supply. The plant-based origin optimises tolerability and thus ensures better absorption in the body. The addition of important vitamins such as vitamin B6, B12, folic acid and the amino acids glycine, L-cystine and L-glutamine can support haemoglobin synthesis and increase energy metabolism. Vitamin C also promotes iron absorption from the intestine and copper promotes iron transport in the body.
