Silver mantle (Alchemilla alpina L.) is also known as Alpine lady's mantle or mountain lady's mantle. As the name suggests, this perennial herbaceous plant is found in alpine regions, mainly in the mountains of Central Europe. The most important constituents include tannins, organic acids and flavonoids. Like lady's mantle, silver mantle is used for menstrual cramps. Silver mantle herb is also traditionally used for diarrhoea and gastrointestinal problems.

Adults: If required, take 10 - 20 drops diluted in a glass of water 2 - 3 times a day.
