The horse chestnut flower tincture has a wide range of properties. On the one hand, it can be used to improve the condition of the veins and to strengthen blood vessels. On the other hand, it has beneficial effects on rheumatism, eczema, varicose veins and also on coughs. The tincture can be used both internally and externally.

Directions for use
- Adults – Internal use: Take 10–20 drops diluted in a glass of water 2–3 times a day as required.
- For external use: Pour hot water over a compress, add a few drops of horse chestnut blossom tincture, wrap the compress in a thin cloth, allow to cool slightly and apply to the affected area.
