The Pater Severin Bedstraw Spray is a dietary supplement made according to an old monastery recipe for ingestion. It is made from a high-quality aqueous/alcoholic extract of bedstraw.

Bedstraw, also known as yellow bedstraw, is a plant from the Rubiaceae family. Hildegard von Bingen already used bedstraw in her duckweed elixir. It is thought to have diuretic properties in particular. In folk medicine, bedstraw is said to have favourable effects on the bladder and kidneys.
