Yarrow has a wide range of applications in naturopathy and is one of the oldest plants used medicinally. In folk medicine, the plant is used as an aromatic bitter remedy for stomach, bile and liver complaints due to its appetite-stimulating, anti-inflammatory and disinfectant properties. The high potassium content stimulates kidney function.
