Yarrow has a wide range of properties. Yarrow herb has a beneficial effect on mild, cramp-like complaints of the digestive organs (inflammation, diarrhoea, flatulence, cramps) and is suitable for stimulating the production of gastric and bile juices, thereby boosting the appetite. The tincture can be used both internally and externally.

Directions for use
- Adults – Internal use: Take 10–20 drops diluted in a glass of water 2–3 times a day as required.
- Directions for use – External: Pour hot water over a compress, drip the yarrow onto it, wrap the compress in a thin cloth, allow it to cool slightly and apply to the desired area.
