Yarrow has a wide range of properties. The yarrow herb has a favourable effect on mild, cramp-like complaints of the digestive organs (inflammation, diarrhoea, flatulence, cramps) and is suitable for stimulating gastric and bile juice and thus the appetite. The tincture can be used both internally and externally.

How to use
- Adults - Internally: If required, take 2 - 3 x 10 - 20 drops diluted with a glass of water.
- External use: Pour hot water over a compress, drizzle with yarrow, wrap the compress in a thin cloth, allow to cool slightly and apply to the desired area.
