The valuable tincture of walnut shells is used for walnut shell spray. This has antioxidant activity and, thanks to the ingredients pyrogallol and hydrojuglone, also has a slightly tinting effect that gives the skin a natural summer tan. Walnut shell spray is therefore a gentle alternative to conventional self-tanning creams
