Rosemary is one of two species in the genus Rosmarinus and an evergreen subshrub belonging to the mint family (Lamiaceae). The main constituents of rosemary are camphor, 1,8-cineole and alpha-pinene, tannins such as rosmarinic acid, bitter principles and flavonoids. Rosemary spirit is used externally for rheumatism, gout, circulatory disorders, migraines and circulatory problems. Internally, it is used primarily for dyspeptic complaints.

Usage
Adults: Take 5 drops on a sugar cube 2–3 times a day as required. Apply externally (rub in) several times a day as required.
