The Pater Severin Soap Root Spray is a dietary supplement based on an old monastery recipe for ingestion. Made from a high-quality aqueous/alcoholic extract of soap root.
The common soapwort (Saponaria officinalis) belongs to the clove family (Caryophyllaceae). The saponins and flavone glycosides contained in the leaves and root (Saponariae rubrae radix) are particularly suitable for colds and skin complaints. The saponins contained are primarily responsible for this, which also give the plant its botanical name Saponaria officinalis.
