Paracelsus already recommended senna leaves as a medicine. He recognised its laxative properties and its importance as a laxative. After ingestion, the anthraquinone glycosides - the main ingredients of senna leaves - reach the colon or rectum without being absorbed systemically and can develop their laxative properties there.

Directions for use
Adults: If required, spray 2 - 3 x 1 - 2 sprays directly into the mouth. If taken in the evening, the desired laxative effect sets in after approx. 8-12 hours.
