Pater Severin Sanguisorbis drops are a dietary supplement for oral use. Sanguisorbis drops contain a high-quality aqueous/alcoholic extract of meadow button herb.
The meadow button (Sanguisorba officinalis L.) belongs to the rose family (Rosaceae). It contains triterpene saponins (e.g. sanguisorbin), tannins and flavonoids. It has always been said to have a haemostatic effect. In folk medicine, it is said to have favourable effects on inflammation of the mouth and throat.
