Pater Severin Sanguinaria Spray is a dietary supplement for oral use, based on an ancient monastic recipe. It is produced from a high-quality aqueous/alcoholic extract of bloodroot.
Canadian bloodroot (Sanguinaria canadensis L.) is a plant belonging to the poppy family (Papaveraceae). Canadian bloodroot is said to have, in particular, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, expectorant, emetic and spasmolytic effects. It is also very commonly used in toothpaste or mouthwash. It is also said to have beneficial effects on bronchial asthma and bronchitis.
