Pater Severin Primrose Spray is a dietary supplement based on an old monastery recipe for ingestion. It is made from a high-quality aqueous/alcoholic extract of primrose flowers.
Mainly the roots and flowers of the primrose are used. The plant contains saponins as its most important ingredient, but also flavones, essential oil, silicic acid and tannins. Due to its secretolytic and expectorant properties, primrose is used to treat coughs, bronchitis and colds. In folk medicine, it is recommended for headaches, neuralgia and dizziness.
