Pater Severin Okouba Bark Spray is a dietary supplement for oral use, based on an ancient monastic recipe. It is made from a 100% aqueous/alcoholic extract of okouba bark.
The bark of the tropical okoubaka tree, which belongs to the sandalwood family, is particularly rich in tannins. It also contains catechins and gallic acids. In the folk medicine of its West African homeland, the powdered bark is used for the skin and to detoxify the digestive tract.
