Mountain pine (Minus Mugo) is a coniferous tree and belongs to the pine family (Pinaceae). The essential mountain pine oil is extracted from the needles. Important ingredients include 3-carene, pinenes, camphene, myrcene and limonene. Mountain pine essential oil can have positive properties for painful conditions of the musculoskeletal system. When applied to the skin, mountain pine can stimulate blood circulation and thus loosen tense muscles and be beneficial for strained joints and nerves.

- Massage into the skin.
- Instructions: Only apply to intact skin. Discontinue use immediately if skin irritation occurs. Do not get in eyes or apply to mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children at room temperature.
