Father Severin’s Fennel Drops are a dietary supplement for oral use. The fennel drops contain a high-quality aqueous/alcoholic extract of fennel fruits.
Bitter fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) belongs to the umbellifer family (Apiaceae). The ripe fruits are used; when crushed, they give off the characteristic fennel scent. Fennel fruits contain essential oil (bitter fennel oil) with the sweet-tasting trans-anethol and the bitter fenchone. Based on many years of experience, fennel incorporated into syrup can be used to treat mild cramp-like symptoms in the gastrointestinal tract, bloating and flatulence, as well as acting as an expectorant for coughs.

Adults: Take 30 drops 1–3 times daily, diluted in a glass of water, as required.
