The Pater Severin Darjeeling Spray is a dietary supplement based on an old monastery recipe for ingestion. It is made from a high-quality aqueous/alcoholic extract of Darjeeling tea.
Darjeeling is a type of tea from India. This popular tea variety goes back to the Englishman Dr Campbell, a botanist who studied tea cultivation. The harvest is mainly carried out by women, who only pick "two leaves and a bud" from each shoot. In Chinese folk medicine, Darjeeling is used as a stimulant for tiredness and drowsiness, diarrhoea (tannins) and inflammation of the oral mucosa.
