Camomile belongs to the Asteraceae family. Preparations made from camomile flowers have good anti-inflammatory effects that can be used both externally and internally. How to use
Adults: Take 2-3 x 30 drops diluted with a glass of water or use 2-3 x 15 drops diluted with a glass of water for rinsing and gargling.
