The witch hazel hydrolate, distilled from the leaves of the witch hazel shrub, is very soothing and calming for the skin. It is a natural cosmetic prized for its astringent and skin-soothing properties, which is why it is often an ingredient in facial toners for oily, blemished and irritated skin.
Used on its own or mixed with other hydrolates, it is also suitable as a soothing aftershave when the skin is irritated.

Directions for use
- Spray directly onto the desired areas of skin. Store in a cool place. Can be used undiluted or mixed with other hydrosols as an aftershave.
