How to use
- If you have problems falling asleep: take 1 tablet with a glass of water before going to bed.
- For time shifts/jet lag: from the first day of travelling and on subsequent days, take 1 tablet with a glass of water before going to bed until you no longer experience jet lag.
- Note: Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Pregnant and breastfeeding women and children under 12 years of age may only use the product after consulting a doctor. If you are taking medication such as antidepressants, sleeping pills, other sedatives or similar at the same time, consult your doctor before using Sleep & Dream Melatonin 1000. Prolonged use is not recommended. May have a laxative effect if taken in excess. Do not drive or operate machinery for 4-5 hours after taking melatonin.
