How to use
- The basic dosage is 4 drops 4 times a day, which should be instilled under the tongue. The dose can also be increased if necessary. For children and particularly sensitive adults, the intake rhythm should be reduced to 1 to 2 daily doses if necessary.
- Preparation of a flower mixture: Pour 2 to 4 drops of the essence into a 30 ml bottle (stock bottle) and fill it up with 2 parts still or spring water and 1 part brandy or vinegar.
- Dosage options: 4 x 4 drops daily from the vial 2 x 1 - 2 drops from the stock bottle.
- Water glass method: Pour 3 to 4 drops from the stock bottle into a water glass and drink in sips throughout the day.
