• ORAL USE: The standard dose is at least 3 x 14 drops daily and may be increased to up to 3 x 21 drops. For chronic conditions, the tincture should be taken for at least 3 months. At the start of treatment and for acute symptoms, taking 5–7 drops every hour has proved effective. For emotional issues, it is beneficial to take a few more drops immediately before going to bed.
• EXTERNAL USE: To support detoxification, body wraps can also be applied using Terra Gold and 20 drops of the tincture. Apply to the liver, abdomen, hips and legs.
