Directions for use

• Adults: Take 2 capsules twice daily (morning and evening) with meals, unchewed, with sufficient liquid.
• Advice: If you are taking medication (especially hormone preparations, blood pressure medication or blood thinners), consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. If you have an existing medical condition (e.g. cardiovascular disease, diabetes, thyroid disease), talk to your doctor before taking this product. Not suitable for people under the age of 18. Pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers should consult a doctor before taking this product
