The Metabolic Iron Energetic - Dr. Ewald Töth® contains a unique combination of 2- and 3-valent iron in a form that is easy for the body to utilise and offers a refreshingly digestible iron supplement for daily nutrition. Our body is dependent on the supply of iron and sometimes it needs more than we take in with our food. For example, the need for iron is often higher in women and people on diets or vegetarian or vegan diets, as well as endurance athletes.

Directions for use
- Mix 4 x 1 pipette strokes (= 4 ml in total) daily in 250 ml water sweetened with 1 teaspoon of honey or similar and drink, 1 hour apart from drinks containing vitamin C and fruit.
- Alternatively, agave syrup, maple syrup or elderflower syrup can be used instead of honey. Apple juice without added vitamin C is also an option. If the drink turns grey to black, the juice contains added vitamin C, which reacts with the iron and therefore loses its effect.
