MännerVital contains extra maca root, stimulating guarana, pomegranate extract and fine flavoured cocoa. With 13 vitamins, 4 organically bound trace elements, vegetable arginine and magnesium, MännerVital can make a valuable contribution to a man's healthy diet.

The nutrients it contains contribute to the following normal bodily functions:

  • Energy metabolism and reduction of fatigue - magnesium, vitamins C, B2, B6, B12, niacin and pantothenic acid
  • Immune system function - vitamins A, C, D, B6, B12, selenium and zinc
  • Fertility, maintenance of testosterone levels in the blood - zinc

Directions
In the morning, mix 1 slightly heaped measuring spoon (10 g) with soya drink, milk or water or stir into muesli or yoghurt.
