Dr Ehrenberger Organic Nettle Capsules are a dietary supplement containing nettle leaves from certified organic harvesting.

Stinging nettle is one of the world's best-known useful and medicinal herbs and has been valued for its health-promoting properties since the Middle Ages. Today it is regarded as a domestic superfood and is used in spring cures as well as for detoxification during the year.

From spring to late summer, this native superfood can be found along roadsides, in forests and on meadows. Its health-promoting effects have been known since the Middle Ages and many spring cures rely on the blood-purifying, draining and deacidifying effect of stinging nettle. If you have the opportunity to regularly harvest and process organic nettles fresh, for example in soups, spinach or smoothies, you can benefit from the medicinal plant as a source of minerals and vitamins. Unfortunately, for many of us this is hardly possible - for all those we have developed the Organic Nettle Capsules.
