The pure, Egyptian seed of the black cumin plant (Nigella sativa) is a widely recognised, precious gift of nature. Its many uses have been documented for over 2,000 years.

Black cumin

Black cumin originally comes from West Asia, but was already known as a remedy in the time of the pharaohs more than 3,000 years ago, as a vial containing the valuable oil was found in the tomb of the pharaoh Tutankhamun. The ancient Egyptians were convinced that black cumin continued to have an effect even after death.

The whole seed

The seed is often cold-pressed to extract the equally valuable oil. The whole seed offers the advantage of utilising the entire spectrum of black cumin with its more than 100 different nutrients. To ensure that the valuable nutrients can be optimally absorbed, the seed is ground and then encapsulated by us by hand.

Take 3 capsules 2 x daily with sufficient liquid. We recommend taking them in the morning and in the evening. Best taken with meals.
