Dr Ehrenberger Guggul + Pleurotus capsules are a dietary supplement comprising two natural ingredients: guggul and pleurotus. Carefully handcrafted in Austria.
Guggul is also known as ‘Indian myrrh’. The resin of the guggul shrub can be mixed with various other natural substances. With its thorns, the small guggul shrub (Commiphora mukul) is reminiscent of frankincense. Its yellow resin was mentioned in Ayurvedic texts as early as the 6th century. Together with the Pleurotus medicinal mushroom and thyme, guggul has mucus-transforming and moisture-drying effects in accordance with TCM. Added to this are the Pleurotus medicinal mushroom, which strengthens the centre, and the warming and drying thyme.

Take 2 capsules 3 times a day with sufficient liquid.

- Ingredients: Pleurotus (Pleurotus ostreatus), guggul powder (Commiphora wightii), guggul extract (Commiphora wightii), thyme (Thymus vulgaris), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell).
