Dr Ehrenberger Guggul + Pleurotus capsules are a dietary supplement consisting of two natural ingredients: Guggul and Pleurotus. Manufactured by hand in Austria.
Guggul is also known as "Indian myrrh". The resin of the guggul bush can be mixed with various other natural substances. With its thorns, the small guggul bush (Commiphora mukul) is reminiscent of frankincense. Its yellow resin was mentioned in Ayurvedic writings as early as the 6th century. Together with the Pleurotus vital mushroom and thyme, guggul has a phlegm-converting, moisture-drying effect according to TCM. Added to this is the centre-strengthening pleurotus medicinal mushroom and the warming and drying thyme.

Take 2 capsules 3 times a day with sufficient liquid.

- Ingredients: Pleurotus (Pleurotus ostreatus), guggul powder (Commiphora wightii), guggul extract (Commiphora wightii), thyme (Thymus vulgaris), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell).
- Composition per daily dose (6 capsules): guggul extract 390 mg, guggul powder 510 mg, Pleurotus ostreatus 1.5 g, thyme 150 mg.
