Directions for use

• If you have an increased need for magnesium, dissolve one tablet daily in a glass of water (200 ml) and drink.
• Notes: Not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Amounts exceeding 250 mg of magnesium may have a laxative effect in sensitive individuals.
